Hello Hello,
I'm happy about it because what it means is that my system of test and learn is doing its job.
Test and Learn. I was completely wrong on my last campaign, but I am quite happy about it.
I'm happy about it because what it means is that my system of test and learn is doing its job.
People work with me not because I have the right ideas straight away, but because I can lead them down the path to the correct idea or outcome they're looking for.
Everybody has their own biases, and everybody has their own thoughts, but in this ever-changing world, the context of the positioning is a constantly moving window. You have to be super careful to, as much as you can, come with some experience and assumptions, allowing for that little bit of experimentation, even if it's going totally against what you think is the correct way of doing it. I've mentioned this before in regard to 20% of experimentation and 80% of what you think will work best, and in the last few weeks, it's been proven.
I will always strongly encourage giving everything its fair shot, as long as you can figure out and have the stuff in place to see whether it's working. That's where tracking and your data set-up and infrastructure come in.
